We are back in Dalton and the sinuses that took three days to dry up (what a great feeling to not sneeze and have a runny or stuffy nose all the time) took minutes to come back when we stepped back into the hot and humid air of Western, NY. I never ever thought I would prefer a dry and hot 120 degrees to a humid and hot 95 degrees. I'd take the dry heat anyday of the week.
I already miss AZ but it is nice to be back home. Also conferences are always exhausting. The next conference we go to we will follow the same plan; vacation for a few days before the conference starts.
Now reality starts again.
