Well hello again, it's another Thursday and it's cold. At least it's not snowing (oh wait that's next week). Our alarmist of a forecaster is predicting a major noreaster for next week. 75% of the time he overstates the storm and gets people all atwitter. Oy vey!!!! Why can't I be Jewish?

Ridiculous item of the week: Valentine's Day is over but you've still got that boyfriend/girlfriend that you just want to get rid of. How to do it, how to do it. Well you can go to www.dumpjeschatje.nl and dump that annoying, irritating, bothersome non-romantic entity in your life on line. Of course it w0uld be a Dutch website. Nothing against my Dutch ancestors but come on, isn't this a bit much? What happened to being an adult and breaking up with someone the right way? Instead you can tell your partner you want a baby (if you're a woman) or order undies that are TOO BIG (if you're a man...wait wouldn't a man probably inadvertently do that anyway?) Sorry, I'm not giving enough credit to my gender. One can also download a business style letter that has blanks to fill in names. Or one can send a nasty poem. Beware the site is not in English so get out those Dutch to English dictionaries.
